I love this toolbox of things, simple things we can do daily to help ourself feel better, good, great! I also enjoy how each chapter is written by a different person because we get a collection of perspectives and actions we can take. The book is organized so that the reader can jump into a chapter to find out what the tool is and select it or another for the day as you choose. I especially enjoyed the chapter by author Pat Perrier on breathing. Breathing is such an overlooked, underappreciated, misunderstood yet critical-to-our-well-being instrument of peace and health. This is a book to pick up each morning to use as your set your intention for your day.
